Is this your daily driver or getaway car?
Daily, but have a little 1994 Toyota Pickup so I don’t have to drive the Tacoma every day.
What do you like most about your rig?
The size! It is small enough it fits just about anywhere.
On your average weekend adventure, what is the gear set up you bring with you?
I go pretty minimal and eat simply. It’s mostly warm clothes, running shoes if it’s inland, surfboards if it’s coastal. I try to have everything mostly built into the truck so it’s just throw in the stove, get some food and bevvies and I’m ready.
Any cool custom details you’re proud of?
I built the camper.
Coolest place you’ve taken your rig to?
I’m not very good with favorites ;)
Any projects in the pipeline to get your rig even more adventure ready?
The camper still has plenty to be done to finish it as well as the rear bumper and swing gate.
Biggest challenge in your build out?
Committing to what materials to use.
Tips for others looking to do the same to their vehicle?
Google Sketchup is your friend and you’ll need a lot more Sikaflex than you’d think!
