If you aren't happy with your HEST product, you can return it for a full refund within 100 days of purchase.
To initiate a refund, please use our returns portal. If your request is eligible for a refund, we will send you a return shipping label to ship back your HEST product. It may take up to 3-5 business days for our team to process and respond to your return request.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned items have been received and we will issue your refund. Your refund will process in 3-5 business days and funds will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment.

You are also welcome to drop your return off in person.
