Access the inside of your pillow cover via the side zipper and remove white pillow. Unzip pillow zipper slightly (careful, as fill will start to spill out). From there pull out old, compacted fill and replace with new memory foam adjusted to your comfort. Need new fill? Contact us at info@hest.com, and we’ll send more your way, free of charge!
