Time for a new tent? There are a couple factors we always consider when looking for a dreamy new base camp tent: interior space, ease of assembly & tent height! We’ve compiled a couple of our favorites for a dreamy Sleep System camping trip:
HEST Sleep System Dimensions: 78" x 25" x 7"
HEST Sleep System Wide Dimensions: 78" x 30" x 7"
REI Co-op $499
Interior Dimensions: 100” x 100”
Fits two Sleep Systems with PLENTY of room to spare, or 4 Sleep Systems very snugly: the Wonderland 4 is a roomy, dreamy option for camping. We love how most of the upper is mesh which makes for better stargazing & cross breeze.
Marmot $389
Interior Dimensions: 86” x 100”
Spacious, affordable, & well made, the Limestone 4P by Marmot is a great option for someone trying to save $ without skimping on quality.
MSR Gear $479.95
Interior Dimensions: 50” x 84”
The Hubba Hubba fits two Sleep Systems perfectly with a couple inches to spare at the head. The Y pole design on this tent can be confusing the first time, but with some practice it’s easy to catch on & master. A great option for someone looking for a lightweight tent that is durable enough to use in any conditions.
The North Face $350.00
Interior Dimensions: Big Enough!
Looking to stand up in your tent? The headroom on the Homestead Super Dome is unparalleled. This tent is the definition of roomy & packs into a duffel.
Copper Canyon LX 4 Person Tent
Eureka! $259.95
Interior Dimensions: 8’ x 8’ Another tall tent for tall people! Interior peak is 7’ so plenty of room to stand up, jump up and down, take a nap, whatever you like to do when you’re camping.
