Is this your daily driver or getaway car?
Getaway and soon to be home for summer.
What do you like most about your rig?
The 4x4 capability and small size to fit into better places.
On your average weekend adventure, what is the gear set up you bring with you? How did you navigate gear storage needs into your rig set up?
Depends on the season, Right now I use it mostly for snowboarding, so having the boards on the back, outside of the vehicle, and a good heater and place to hang gear inside. As summer comes, climbing gear and the dirt bike will be the next gear storage challenge.
Any cool custom details you’re proud of?
Pretty much the entire rig is custom to some degree (the overall look and the functionality).
Custom build out inside the camper
Coolest place you’ve taken your rig to?
Surf spots on the Peninsula, Mt. Baker last weekend, and more to come!
Any projects in the pipeline to get your rig even more adventure ready?
I'm working on finishing solar, cabinets, and need to paint the fenders. I also have a new awning on the way for the rear.
Biggest challenge in your build out?
Levelling and attaching the camper to the truck cab and frame.
Tips for others looking to do the same to their vehicle?
Dive in, go get some basic tools and start building. If you don't like it, you can start over and learn something each time.
