Reviews

Comfortable & Compact!

"The HEST Camping Pillow has quickly become one of those pieces of camping gear I don’t want to be without. It’s compact enough to travel with easily, but still incredibly comfortable once you’re ready to sleep. One of my favorite features is the design that keeps the part of the pillow you actually sleep on clean while it’s packed and traveling—because nobody wants their pillow picking up all the dust and dirt from the road. It’s comfortable, convenient, and takes up very little space in my setup. It's also extremely easy to take apart after your trip, throw the cover in the washing machine and have it ready for the next adventure!"

Best Travel Pillow Ever

"Just like other Hest products, this travel pillow is incredibly well designed and constructed. It is far more comfortable in any of the 3 configurations than anyone would expect from something so compact. I love how small it is able to collapse, but it is definitely a bit of work to pack it away, especially when new. I do also wish there was a stash pocket for the optional outer pillow case. However, these are tiny details that in no way prevent me from giving a very enthusiastic 5 stars and highly recommending this purchase."

BEST PILLOW FOR CAMPING

"CAMP PILLOW (L) best pillow we slept on. 10/10 my fiancée usually couldnt sleep good with a home pillow or any other pillow but when we tried these. . she was snoring!! LOL it just means she sleeping good. Even our dogs, loved it! I recommend!!"

— RoamingTaco4wd (5/5)

BEST CAMP PILLOW EVER

"I have had this pillow for a year now, and I can't believe I didn't find Hest sooner. I absolutely love it. I can't believe I've been using a pillow from home before this. It's nice it can fold to become smaller, and it's super comfortable to sleep on. My whole family fights over it. It's worth it, trust me."

— Sara (5/5)

Worth it 10000%

"Sad to say, but I usually bring my actual pillow on trips because I've never liked the traveling camping pillows. Usually too small and not comfortable. This camp pillow gives my bedroom pillow a run for it's money. I love how it packs so easy, cover can be washed, and is spill/dirt resistant. I also love how you can remove extra foam if you would like. I will be bringing this pillow with me everywhere!"

— Tatianna R. (5/5)

PACKED WITH COMFORT

"I have been in the market for a new camp pillow and this has been a game changer! I’m so excited for this to be a new staple for when I camp and backpack!!"

— Hannah A. (5/5)

Never going back!

"I was one of those people that never used a camp pillow because it seemed unnecessary, but now that I have this I swear my camping trips have improved significantly because I actually am getting GOOD sleep!"

— Juliette L. (5/5)

Great pillows

"The travel pillow is so soft, you can fall asleep so fast. The large pillow was too bulky for me and gave me stiff neck in the beginning, u til I asked Hest how to make it more comfy. Didn’t realize u can take out the fluffs! Game changer!"

— Theresa v. (4/5)

Comfortable, easy to use. So

"Comfortable, easy to use. So happy I purchased this pillow. No more neck pain"

— Melinda H. (5/5)

Best pillow I own!

"I love how compact it is and that it packs into itself to keep it clean while traveling! It's a much nicer camping pillow than any other I own because it stays in place throughout the night, so I don't have to adjust. A cool perk that I just learned is how you can open the shredded memory foam and take out or add foam depending on how firm or soft you want it. Hest will send a free bag of foam if you need it. The more you know! :)"

Q&A

How much does the medium and small pillow weigh?
The Small pillow weighs 1.2 lbs. The Medium pillow weighs 2.2 lbs.
If the liner did need cleaning, what would you recommend? Also, I, too, would love some extra fill…
Email us at info@hest.com with your shipping address to get some extra fill. I recommend you remove all of the foam bits and wash the liner. Add the foam back in after it dries.
Can you buy extra fill to make it a little more firm?
YES we will send you more for free! Send a request to info@hest.com
What are the sizes of the small and medium pillows? I'm not sure if I'm interpreting the illustration correctly. Thank you!
Our Small Camp Pillow is 10" x 15". Our Medium Camp Pillow is 15" x 22". These are the sizes when they are in sleep mode. They pack up smaller when in travel mode. You can view all of the size dimensions on the product page here https://hest.com/products/hest-pillow
What is the width of the pillow not height and length. How thick is the pillow? That information is not provided.
Customizable - You can remove fill or ask us to send you more fill to make it thicker. It is filled with memory foam bits and it is free to ask for more fill.
